The JIC and CDC committee, which are charged with the responsibility of arbitrating and investigating cases emanating from the CBA, in the month of November, attended a one day retreat held at the Sarova Saltlick Lodge.

 The team took time to plan for their activities for next year as well as brainstorm on ways of improving and strengthening industrial relations in the industry.
