The International Hospitality Training Institute held its graduation in the month of October, the event was graced by the Minister for Tourism, Hon. Dan Mwazo at Jacaranda Hotel, also accompanying the Minister were Hon. Chirau Ali Mwakwere and Ambassador Mwakai Sio among others.

55 students graduated at the event, the students had acquired skills and competency in various hospitality disciplines including art, Food and Beverage and Travel and Tourism skills.

The Association presented an award for the Best Overall Leadership student and an academic rotational trophy to be given to the same category.
