In the month, the Association in collaboration with the Union conducted several Works Committee trainings.

In Rift Valley 29 Works Committee members and Shop Stewards  underwent a 3 day training, where they were trained on the following areas:-Labour Laws – WIBA and OSHA , The CBA, Grievance handling and how to organising the Union.

The same training was also done in South Coast where 41 Works Committee members and Shop Stewards were trained.

We thank the members for their support of the 0.5% service charge kitty and urge those who are not contributing to do so to benefit from these trainings.
