KAHC 2020 HOTEL GUIDE: Welcome to the latest edition!
February, 2020

Looking to build on record-breaking year.
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the latest edition of the KAHC Kenya Hotel & Restaurant Guide.

KAHC Hotel Guide 2020Tourism in Kenya is currently at an all-time high with 2018 seeing the number of international tourists topping two million for the first time in the country’s history. As a result, Kenya is now the third-largest tourism economy in sub-Saharan Africa and catching up with South Africa and Nigeria ahead. The country is far from resting on its laurels, however. The Kenyan government has a long-term plan in place that aims to increase the number of tourists to 3.5 million by 2022 and KAHC is playing its part in making the country’s hospitality globally competitive.

As an organisation that hosts and celebrates diversity, KAHC is naturally allied to the Kenya Tourist Board’s efforts to celebrate the huge range of attractions Kenya offers in its new marketing campaign.

The continuing growth in capacity of the hospitality sector means that even more visitors can experience their own unforgettable view of the manifold beauty of Kenya. Through our members you can be brought closer to Kenya’s wild nature at strategically located lodges and camps; make use of state-of-the-art business facilities that attract international conventions; help preserve the country’s fragile natural habitats; interact with the  country’s traditional customs and get access to a host of adrenalin-pumping sports and adventures.

This wealth of choice in hotels, lodges, camps and restaurants is showcased in this guide. Membership is a sign of quality and within these pages you are sure to find the perfect host for your Kenya adventure.
