The Coast secretariat participated in a one day training on employee separation.

In the training the participants learned of the reasons of employee separation; this normally occurs in the following situations:-

1.    Lapse of time or completion of task-in case of contract employment.

2.    Death or retirement of the employee

3.    Age limitation

4.    Medical grounds

5.    Resignation

6.    Discipline

7.    Redundancy
