Following the Tourism Industry Stakeholders Forum held on 22nd May 2014 a raft of issues that require to be undertaken under the auspices of KTF were identified (Copy of proceedings was shared earlier).
The requisite funding for these activities was to be raised from within the Industry Associations and we have since forwarded an invoice for all member establishments as agreed at both our forums in Nairobi and Mombasa. Please note that this is a one-off payment per each unit of membership (i.e. individual hotel units). Those with members with more than one unit will have to pay for each one.
We will be receiving regular updates from KTF as to the activities being carried out by the various Committees that have been formed.
