The Association attended a  Gala Dinner hosted at Sarova Panafric Hotel on October 19, 2013, by The Minister of Commerce and Tourism of Burundi Hon. Victorie Ndikumana together with her Burundian delegation.

The team had attended the Magical Kenya Travel Expo and as a continuation sought to have the dinner to create business linkages in the tourism and hospitality sector between the two countries and create an avenue for Kenyan based tourism and hospitality firms to open new business avenues in Burundi.
