NEMA STAKEHOLDERS’ WORKSHOP ON CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY.

NEMA in an endeavor to improve its service delivery organized a stakeholders’ workshop to sensitize its clients and stakeholders on the authority’s customer service delivery charter. The Charter spells the social contract and commitment to upholding efficient service delivery to the public as its core mandate.

The objective of the meeting was to have a better understanding of their client’s expectations in order to improve service delivery. The outcomes of the meeting would guide the Authority in enhancing general effectiveness when handling complaints, feedback and any related matters with external publics.

The Association was represented by the C.E.O at the forum held at the KICC on February 27th February 2014.
